Yesterday I met one of the most interesting people I have ever met.
He was tattooed from head to toe…had piercings all over his face and gauges the size of my fist in his ears.
We talked about life, guitars, tattoos, which then naturally led into talking about Jesus. He told me he doesn’t believe in God, he was rather believe in something “more realistic, like UFOs.”
My new friend has had a rough past, filled with many mistakes he admits were his fault. But he doesn’t see that there is a God that is making anything better in this world. He doesn’t believe that God is out there. My friend would rather believe in aliens and UFOs then in a almighty Creator who made the world and everything in it.
It got me thinking, what does redemption look like for a person like this? What is his good news?
