I spend a lot of my time investing in the future of others, both spiritually and physically.
Sometimes I see things in others that make me believe they have what it takes to lead in their given areas. And sometimes I don’t.
The problem we face is we tend to see only with our eyes and in doing so, we miss what is there or what could be.
Sometimes we don’t see potential in others because we are looking in the wrong places or putting them in the wrong atmospheres.
I personally need to learn to sit back and watch what someone is good at. I need to watch what someone loves, their passions. Then maybe I can help guide them better into a life where they thrive and excel.
A life they were born to lead.
But I can’t do that until I stop watching with just my eyes.
